Hello, I think I have been suspended. I'm developing an app that connect to helioshost database and I was fixing the connection, transitioning to a pooling one but now i can't access my postgre db, it says login failed and i don't really know if the cause is a suspension or another one.

Another person on your server was complaining about not being able to connect to postgresql too. Since he posted the actual error message I was able to figure out that one account on Johnny was hogging all the available postgresql connections.
