Krydos Posted October 7, 2020 Share Posted October 7, 2020 Unblocked. It was for failed IMAP logins which means you have the wrong credentials saved in a mail client somewhere. parklane Posted October 7, 2020 Author Share Posted October 7, 2020 The problem is the 30 day inactivity... i use the email address on my pop3 client... but when the 30 day inactivity kicks in... my accoint is disabled and my pop3 client tries to retrieve mail.... and i get banned. Krydos Posted October 8, 2020 Share Posted October 8, 2020 You might want to whitelist @heliohost.org emails to be delivered to your inbox. The inactivity warning emails comes about 2 days before your account becomes inactive from no-reply@heliohost.org. Then you get another email right before your website gets disabled for inactivity.
