Krydos Posted October 7, 2020 Posted October 7, 2020 Unblocked. It was for failed IMAP logins which means you have the wrong credentials saved in a mail client somewhere. You might want to stop that mail client from connecting or you will just end up getting blocked again.
parklane Posted October 7, 2020 Author Posted October 7, 2020 The problem is the 30 day inactivity... i use the email address on my pop3 client... but when the 30 day inactivity kicks in... my accoint is disabled and my pop3 client tries to retrieve mail.... and i get banned.

Krydos Posted October 8, 2020 Posted October 8, 2020 You might want to whitelist @heliohost.org emails to be delivered to your inbox. The inactivity warning emails comes about 2 days before your account becomes inactive from no-reply@heliohost.org. Then you get another email right before your website gets disabled for inactivity. If you want I can send you a test email to make sure you're receiving them.
