Unblocked. It was for failed IMAP logins which means you have the wrong credentials saved in a mail client somewhere. You might want to stop that mail client from connecting or you will just end up getting blocked again.

The problem is the 30 day inactivity... i use the email address on my pop3 client... but when the 30 day inactivity kicks in... my accoint is disabled and my pop3 client tries to retrieve mail.... and i get banned.

Ahh, yeah. That would do it. Are you not receiving the warning email several days before your account goes inactive?

You might want to whitelist @heliohost.org emails to be delivered to your inbox. The inactivity warning emails comes about 2 days before your account becomes inactive from no-reply@heliohost.org. Then you get another email right before your website gets disabled for inactivity. If you want I can send you a test email to make sure you're receiving them.
