Invalid Login At Heliohost

Hi. I've experienced invalid login so I requested a password reset
thinking I must've made a mistake creating my password. My username is
"aerith" and the temporary password was given when I entered the confirmation
code that was sent to my email. However, the website still says that the login is invalid,
even with the fresh temporary password.

Since you're on Johnny your server experiences a lot more load spikes than the other servers. If the load is too high the login times out which can cause an "Invalid Login" message even though you have the right password.

No I can not log in at that link. I also forgot to mention when I first logged in the site was queued I think because it had been more than 30 days since I logged in then the Invalid login occurred. So I am not sure if they are connected.

I just tested your account by logging in to it and it is active, not suspended, and fully functional.
