Jsp code not working

i am just seeing my code when i reach my page? i had added my files under public_html and i was trying to launch a jsp page... https://ramproje.heliohost.org/ how can i fix this?

Java increases the server load considerably for each person who has access so we have to limit it to only the accounts that need it, and Johnny, the server that you picked, currently has a wait list of about 2 weeks to get java access. If you need jsp code to work immediately you'll need to move your account to Tommy.
