Hello, I'm trying to connect with the FTP server through Core FTP and even downloading the configuration still with the error. Does not recognize the website. Could you please check?

Host: tommy.heliohost.org
Port: 1342
Logon type: Normal
Username: paulorib
Password: <same as cpanel>
