Hy, I suddenly got a message that my account has been suspended, I can't quite figure out what my error actually was.

My username is tubagus. Server is Ricky, site is tubagus.heliohost.org

Your account was suspended for lack of inactivity, you have to login in to your cpanel at least once in every month to avoid inactivity suspension.

 

Click on the renew link and fill in your details to renew.

I've click renew, the following description :

 

Your account can't be renewed because it's already active. To update your last login date you just need to log in to your cPanel. Failure to log in at least once every 30 days results in your account being flagged as inactive

 

I can also login and cpanel

Your account has already been renewed, and your domain appears to be working. If you can't login try resetting your password. Let us know if you're still having any issues, but I'm marking it solved for now.
