Hy, I suddenly got a message that my account has been suspended, I can't quite figure out what my error actually was. But I only have 1 WordPress site on my Ricky host.

It's a client website I am working on. I will appreciate if my account is unsuspended as I will be transferring the site to my clients host very soon.

 

My username is ralphyl. Server is Ricky. Site is https://ralphyl.heliohost.org

High load...

 

Wordpress is the leading cause of accidental suspension here, so that's almost certainly the cause. Its garbage internally, very heavy on resources (Krydos has posted some eye-popping numbers on WP's load vs. other solutions for similarly trafficked sites) and also extremely insecure (our number one cause of accidental bans...WP gets hacked and then the criminal sets up phishing on your account and earns you a ban).

 

Removing extensions can sometimes help with load, but the only permanent fix for Wordpress...is to not use Wordpress.

 

Please correct the issue quickly.
