[Solved] Request To Connect Remotely To PostgresSQL

hello, I have a problem that I can't connect remotely to the PostgreSQL database I've made 

 

My connection parameters are:

 

database: chiruk_RawData

User: chiruk_chiruk

host: johnny.heliohost.org

 

if you could enable access for all ips it would be much appreciated. what port number should I use while connecting from DBeaver.

It's not a problem. It's by design. Allowing remote access to your databases reduces the security of your account considerably, and 99% of people don't need it anyways. Therefore by default remote access is disabled.
