website says account is suspended for inactivity, but it's not

Hi, I have an account on Ricky. When I hit my website, I get redirected to the "Account Inactive" page. However, I am not inactive as I log in regularly. Anyways, when I try to renew the account, it states that my account is already active. But, my website is still not functioning (keeps redirecting everything to the "Account Inactive" page.

 

Could you check? My account id is "johnnyyh"
