It's quite possibly the worst CMS software in existence...it's poorly written, and as a result it causes tons of load and is extremely insecure. WP getting hacked is the leading cause of accidental phishing bans here at HelioHost. Just about any other software will be both faster and more secure than WP. An invite for a replacement account has been sent to you. You will need to create a new account and restore your data from any backup you may have.
