However, I am visiting the CPanel every few days and thus I do not understood why this has happened. Is it not counting as an "activity"? You need to use either https://heliohost.org/login/ or https://tommy.heliohost.org:2083/ (with nothing after the / ). Using other links, especially a cpanel link ending in .html, won't count.
