[Solved] Suspended due to "inactivity" - CPanel not counting?

I have renewed my account from being suspended for "inactivity" and it is now working again. However, I am visiting the CPanel every few days and thus I do not understood why this has happened. Is it not counting as an "activity"?

What link are you using to log in? You need to use either https://heliohost.org/login/ or https://tommy.heliohost.org:2083/ (with nothing after the / ).

 

Using other links, especially a cpanel link ending in .html, won't count.

I have indeed used https://tommy.heliohost.org:2083/cpsess6033593189/frontend/paper_lantern/load/index.live.php

in order to check my Account Load prior to that. So I guess that this problem will now disappear. Thank you.
