hello, I have a problem that I can't connect remotely to the Mysql database I've made 

 

My connection parameters are:

 

database: zagonel_TesteIFMT

User: zagonel_igor

host: johnny.heliohost.org

 

can I have remote access in this database?

For mysql, you have to turn this on yourself in cpanel. There's a section for remote mysql where you need to add the IPs connecting remotely.
