wolstech Posted July 3, 2020 Posted July 3, 2020 Did you accidentally let your Johnny account go inactive at one point? I just unsuspended it, give it a few minutes and it should start working again.

I received the email that my account was about to go inactive and followed the link in there, logged in and went in cpanel as well.. I wouldn't want to bother you if this happens again.. could you clarify what to do if it happens again please? regards, N
wolstech Posted July 4, 2020 Posted July 4, 2020 You can renew a Lily account just like you would any other account. The only difference is that Lily can take up to 15 minutes to unsuspend after you renew it. Also, unlike the cPanel accounts, a Lily account doesn’t send an alert itself. If a CPanel account goes inactive or gets suspended, Lily follows very quickly (within minutes).
