[Solved] Tommy invitation missing

Hi all,

 

Last 15th I made a donation to get a Tommy invitation (PayPal transaction ID is 91S32825DX023393E) but I didn't see an invitation yet.

 

On the 17th I've sent an Email tot support@heliohost.org to check since on the website it's requested to get in contact if after 24h the invitation isn't received. It's now the 19th but I still didn't see any invitation or other response...

 

Could you please check? Am I doing something wrong or missing something (nothing in my spam-folder either).

 

The PayPal-account I used is connected to another Mailadres so maybe that's a cause for delay? But still, I would like to receive the invitation so I can go on installing :-).

You can't get an invite because you have a Tommy account already (the account tstamp appears to belong to you based on the domains and content).

 

Users are limited to one account maximum.

Ok, thnx for the update. I did not know that.

The second domain/site doesn't seem to fit within the available storage but I'll have to think of another solution then.

If it's just for disk space, you can buy an extra 1GB for $5, for a maximum 2GB for any one person. Since your donation is $5, I can just make the existing account larger instead
