I tried to FTP into my site with Filezilla using the same credentials to sign in to cPanel. It did not work. Now my IP is blocked for two many tries. I'm then forwarded to the HelioNet forums where I'm told I can post and request my IP be unblocked. I tried to sign in, no luck. I figure perhaps HelioNet may require a different login than HelioHost, so I try to create a new account, but much to my chagrin the form is telling me my username and email are already in use. Luigi123 Posted May 9, 2020 Posted May 9, 2020 Try these settings: SFTP host: johnny.heliohost.orgSFTP port: 1373SFTP protocol: SFTPSFTP logon type: NormalSFTP Username: <same as cpanel>SFTP password: <same as cpanel> If you want to use the regular FTP instead, make sure you are using plain FTP and it should work. Another option you have to set as FTPS, not FTP cause it won’t work.

Luigi123 Posted May 9, 2020 Posted May 9, 2020 It takes a few minutes for it to affect. Leave it for a while and try again. If it’s still doesn’t work, let us know.
