elims Posted May 4, 2020 Posted May 4, 2020 (edited) I am already finisshed filling up the domain the account name for my website...i refreshed the website because it says just refresh for waiting of validation..after refreshing it says that my account is not yet registered and not in the database cvsu.ccj.cle.reviewer.thesis2019@gmail.comhere is the associated email address with my account pls help me resolve the problem Edited May 4, 2020 by elims Quote

wolstech Posted May 4, 2020 Posted May 4, 2020 Specifically, this failed because you didn't specify a valid domain for the account. If you want to use one of our free subdomains, make sure to put a domain ending in .heliohost.org (for example thesis2019.heliohost.org would work). You can try again using the invite email that Luigi sent you. Quote
