[Solved] Tommy Server Account not Registered and not in Database

I am already finisshed filling up the domain the account name for my website...

i refreshed the website because it says just refresh for waiting of validation..

after refreshing it says that my account is not yet registered and not in the database

 

cvsu.ccj.cle.reviewer.thesis2019@gmail.com

here is the associated email address with my account pls help me resolve the problem

It looks like it has failed to create your account validation and I went ahead to resent it.

Specifically, this failed because you didn't specify a valid domain for the account. If you want to use one of our free subdomains, make sure to put a domain ending in .heliohost.org (for example thesis2019.heliohost.org would work).

 

You can try again using the invite email that Luigi sent you.
