That account does not seem to be archived nor suspended. Try clearing your cache.

Tried both, but i'm unable to login nor access the host url, also can't reset password as well, it says to contact admin for more info.

 

If you can, pls reset the password & email me back the credentials as i'm unable to do so.

Also if you received other code in your email earlier, just ignore it cause I’m testing it and I don’t see any problem on my end. So it should work on your end as well.

You can't reset the password of an account while the account is suspended for inactivity. You must reactivate your account first. You probably tried signing in too quickly after reactivating. It can take a few minutes to reactivate if the load is high.
