[Solved] Problems with deleting mail adresses

I have an problem with deleting my mail adresses. I have connected an new main domain to my hosting account and when I try to delete an email address, then I got this error: Error: Command # 0 failed. The following error has occurred: You cannot access an email account with the name "nick.teeuwen@nicksoftcorporation.nl". Can anyone help me please?

You are the first time having that issue but we currently don’t have any users have the same problems like you.

 

When you try to deleted that email address, did it constantly give you that error? If so, how many times did that error message keeps popping up. Also, Tommy loads isn’t great at the moment right now. This got happens for a while now, but the load will settle down at some point later. So that could be the reason.
