[Solved] Postgresql remote access request

Hello,

 

I am unable to connect remotely to my postgresql database. 

 

My connection parameters are:

 

database: bsmith28_wiyf_db

user: bsmith28_ben

host: johnny.heliohost.org

 

When I attempt to connect, I receive the response 

 

psql: error: could not connect to server: FATAL:  no pg_hba.conf entry for host "97.83.232.124", user "bsmith28_ben", database "bsmith28_wiyf_db", SSL off

 

Could remote access be enabled for me?
