It's suspended for both high server load and for having two accounts.

 

The high server load is an easy unsuspension, but the multiple accounts is not. Users are only allowed one account.

 

In order for me to unsuspend this one, your Tommy account needs to be suspended instead. Tommy is a much better server than Ricky, but your website is on the Ricky account. If you prefer, I can delete the Tommy account and move the Ricky account to Tommy for you. Which account do you want to keep?

Afterwards I would request for deletion of Ricky account.
