[Solved] Unlock my IP Address

Sorry. I have created an FTP account and I only get error when trying to enter from Filezilla.

 

And the same thing happens using the configuration files for COREFTP of Special FTP accounts. it happens to me with FTP and SFTP *.coreftp

 

I don't know what else to try, I don't want it to crash again.

EDIT:

I was able to log in using the settings that appear above SFTP.

I deleted the FTP account that I created and used the configuration that appears above SFTP with the password of the cpanel and I was able to enter.

Are you using the right connection type?

 

Created FTP accounts require these settings to work:

 

Host: johnny.heliohost.org

Port: 21

Encryption: None / Plain FTP

Hi friend. I tell you what I used:

 

SFTP host: johnny.heliohost.org
Puerto SFTP: 1373
SFTP protocol: SFTP
SFTP logon type: Normal
SFTP Username: ********
SFTP password: <same as cpanel>

 

With that configuration it already worked. 

 

I am already uploading my files.

That's the normal configuration. Keep in mind that those settings only work for your main account's username. If you create additional FTP users, you need to use the settings I posted earlier for those extra accounts.
