Krydos Posted July 20, 2011 Posted July 20, 2011 Yeah I agree, I am annoyed because of hotmail not having block spam. Hotmail blocks spam just fine. Just set it to exclusive filtering and anything that you haven't specifically marked as safe or is on your contacts list goes to junk folder. If the statement was more along the lines of Hotmail isn't as good at automatically blocking spam like Gmail and others, then yes, I agree with that. Quote

I haven't really been able to get the spam function working for years. Quote

PenTester Posted July 21, 2011 Posted July 21, 2011 Gmail is always best mail service. They provide 2step authentication. Google is best one. Quote
Krydos Posted July 21, 2011 Posted July 21, 2011 Hehe. I finally got it to work thanks to you. I haven't really been able to get the spam function working for years. You're welcome. I've had my Hotmail account since like 1997 or something so I've learned to work around all of its design flaws. Gmail does haves its defects ... Often non-spam email is sent to the spam folder I don't think my gmail has ever gotten anything in the wrong folder. Quote
diabolicfreak Posted July 22, 2011 Posted July 22, 2011 Gmail for me too because of its ease of use and simplicity Quote

cl58 Posted July 23, 2011 Posted July 23, 2011 I use standard view and it always loads fine for me. @Brother Hassan: Since you have a slow connection, you might want to try using Basic HTML instead. Quote
