[Solved] Can reset password on reactivated account

Hello,

 

I just had my account suspended due to inactivity... I reactivate the account, but didn't remembered my password, when I try to reset it I get the following message: Se suspendió su cuenta. Póngase en contacto con el departamento de facturación o de soporte o con su administrador de servidor.

 

My username is: lpantoja

and I have my account on server: johnny
