[Solved] The Renew button is grayed out

I tried to renew my account (I was supposed to log in 2 days ago), but the the Renew button is grayed out. Could you please fix it.

That's caused by your browser not processing the javascript on the page for some reason. That button is supposed to light up when you type your username in the box.
