[Solved] My domain is not accessible after installing through Softaculous

This is my main domain: masterco.heliohost.org

I have linked my domain: masterconsole.tk and all things were working perfectly.

 

Later, i installed WonderCMS from Softaculous and now the site displays: DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

However the main domain(masterco.heliohost.org) is accessible.

I reported this on discord, they told me this first:

 

Can you send your domain here? Or if it's private, use a site like "down for everyone or just me", like, to check if it's a problem on your end

 

Me: i checked it in down for everyone and its says its down. However the main domain is accessible

 

Second to do this:

 

@masterco you could try removing the domain from cpanel, waiting some time and then adding it again. If that doesn't work create a post on the customer service forum, so your problem gets reviewed by someone from the staff

 

I have done this too, still not working.The domain is available in cPanel. Please fix this issue.

To anyone reading this thread, i have fixed the issue.

 

It was the problem with my Internet connection. The fix is to change DNS Servers.

Glad to see you got it worked out. Yeah, some ISPs have a hard time with dns updates for some reason and take longer than they should. A new domain technically can take up to 48 hours for all dns servers on the internet to know about it, though the major ones generally get it within an hour.
