[Solved] Johnnie MySQL server down?

Hi

 

I get an error message when trying to access my databases..

 

I don't know how to attach the screen shot

 

Basically says "The MySQL server is currently offline"

 

Is this correct?  Is it everyone or just me?

This recovers on its own and appears to be working at this point.
