Most times suspension is either for Violation of TOS (most commonly "phishing") or high useage of resources.

Emails were being sent from outlook client which is already stopped.

Unsuspended for the third time. If this keeps happening again, we might not unsuspend your account.

Email limit suspensions have to wait until the next day before they can be unsuspended. Doing it same day will just result in an instant resuspend.

 

Since it happened today, it will need to be left suspended until midnight UTC before the counter resets and it will unsuspend.
