[Solved] Open Remote Connection

Hi. I would like to know if you could allow remote connections to my
PostgreSQL database "trrp_shaktimaan", because I have
discovered through HelioNet that you don't allow users to enable remote
access directly, as it is for remote MySQL access. I would like for the
access to be allowed to the user "trrp" using any IP address.
And can you tell what will be the remote URI for accessing db
