After editing on public_html, it does not appear on the site web.

Like I want update the about page, after making the change in public_html, it does not show that the changes are made.

 

Please assist me.

You cannot do that, it’s impossible because when you create a file and save it inside your public_html folder, it will always not update the page. My suggestion is using a redirect tool inside the cPanel and force it to direct to your file.

This should start working within an hour or two. Let me know if it still doesn't work. In the meantime it may show a 404 error or a queued page.
