Please review my account as my domain show as queued for a long time (several days).

Please remove and readd these domains in cpanel, wait 2 hours, then clear your cache.

 

If they still don't work after that, please let me know and I'll have Krydos investigate.

Thanks for your reply.

 

I've been trying to remove the domain but none of them (optidec.cl or rodrigo.cl) appear in the Domains option from cPanel.

 

Also, when I try to add them in again, I get this message :  "A DNS entry for 'rodrigo.cl' already exists, You must remove this DNS entry from this server or all servers in the DNS cluster to proceed".

 

On the other hand, the Zone Editor option from cPanel, doesn't allow me to delete the DNS entries (do not see a delete option).
