[Solved] issue after changing main account domain

I've recently changed my main domain, using the link at the HelioHost website. ( http://www.heliohost.org/classic/support/scripts/domain )

 

The page showed the process was completed ok, but now on my cPanel, when I try to see the zone records for the new main domain "ebs.com.ar", I get an error

 

 

Failed to fetch zone file for “ebs.com.ar”

 

 

The domain 'ebs.com.ar' is already delegated to ns1/ns2.heliohost.org

 

My new main domain: ebs.com.ar

My username account: bucanero

 

 

Have I made some setup mistake by changing the main domain?

Tommy has always had issues when it came to main domain changes for some reason. Old Tommy was like this too. The error you were seeing is because the DNS zones for that domain failed to create when you used the script. Usually it doesn't even show the change in cPanel when it fails, but this one did.

 

The main domain for the account bucanero has been manually changed to ebs.com.ar and is now working: http://ebs.com.ar/

oops, sorry to bother again, I was checking and http://ebs.com.ar is working, but the SSL https://ebs.com.ar gives an error on the certificates

 

I tried running AutoSSL again, but it seems that when I browse the site, I get a cert for:

 

nossl.heliohost.org

www.nossl.heliohost.org

webdisk.nossl.heliohost.org

cpanel.nossl.heliohost.org

webmail.nossl.heliohost.org

mail.nossl.heliohost.org

 

 

instead of the *.ebs.com.ar certs

 

 

Maybe there's some delay in the cert process?

Apache needed to restart before the system will realize it has a certificate it can use. The last restart was an hour ago when the domain was initially set up. I manually restarted it, and SSL is now working.

 

When you run AutoSSL on a domain in the future, keep in mind that it's not instant and can take an hour or two for the SSL to actually start working after you run it.
