stefanscottalexx Posted November 14, 2008 Posted November 14, 2008 Sometimes I get the following error - both when trying to access my site, and when trying to access this forum. Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@helionet.org and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Apache/2.2.10 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.10 OpenSSL/0.9.8b mod_mono/1.9 mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635 mod_jk/1.2.25 mod_wsgi/2.0 Python/2.4.3 Server at www.helionet.org Port 80 This error happened just now (4:45pm GMT-3:00 ie 19:45 GMT) - then I kept trying a few more times and the error went away. Is this due to too much load on the server?
Diggsey Posted November 14, 2008 Posted November 14, 2008 I also get this error, and have to refresh about 5-10 times before it finally works! (took ages getting to this thread!)
Ashoat Posted November 15, 2008 Posted November 15, 2008 I'm working on these issues. They have to do with Mono and semaphores. Currently, Apache is set to auto-restart (takes a minute or so) if the issues begin occuring, so they should be very temporary
JcX Posted November 16, 2008 Posted November 16, 2008 When I saw the internal error message, I went offline. It keeps annoy me. Hope it's really got something to do with Mono and semaphores and fix it
