[Solved] Postgres

How do I use this thing?

 

I created a new PostgreSQL database, but I'm unable to select it or do a single thing with it?  HOW do I get any data, schema, anything useful at all into it?

 

So..... Once the DB and users are created, what do I do with it?  How do I import the data from my website in it?

PhpPgAdmin is the data manager for Postgres. There should be an option for it cpanel. https://ricky.heliohost.org:2083/3rdparty/phpPgAdmin/index.php

 

Postgres is quite clunky in my opinion, but it does work. Most people just create the database and user, then install software that populates the DB as part of the installation process.
