You can grant postgresql permissions yourself through the button labeled PostgreSQL Databases in cPanel. Unfortunately this is not true for Schemas, as for some reason custom schemas other than public reflect in unauthorized remote access. Here is an example on this situation. Is my alternative using the public schema?
