[Solved] Regarding remote access of postgresql database

I need remote access to the postgresql database from any ip. 

 

 

Server: johnny.heliohost.org

Postgresql user: manthan2_postgres

Postgresql database: manthan2_btre

Still i am facing same issuse that,

    "could not connect to server: Connection refused

    Is the server running on host "johnny.heliohost.org" (65.19.141.67) and accepting
    TCP/IP connections on port 5432?"

I just tested remote postgresql on Johnny and it's working just fine. Are you sure your firewall is allowing outbound connections on port 5432? What do you see when you go to http://portquiz.net:5432/
