NOW:Now my account has been unarchived but my MySQL database has been deleted.The database was having very very important data, please provide me my data. I have also posted the request to the above thread, but the thread was already marked as solved so I am posting it again.

But in cPanel, my old data is not available. Content displayed on http://mngapp.herokuapp.com : Ahoy! Guest pooks Posted November 25, 2019 Posted November 25, 2019 The previous thread should not have been marked as solved, since it obviously wasn't solved. Next time, just respond to the thread asking why it was solved. In any event, did you check your file manager for a zip file?

mngapp Posted November 25, 2019 Author Posted November 25, 2019 I am not able to recover my db using this.The db file is tar.gz but we generally require sql.gz file for require.Can you please help me on how to proceed with this?
