I read about an update of ghost https://helionet.org/index/topic/37030-ghost-update-thread/, so the question arose that there is a possibility to host it here ?

Yes. You can. Just be wary of that there is a 5 minute timeout period of which you will need to visit your site again to make it accessible to the public again. A dirty workaround would be using external cron jobs to visit the site every 5 minutes.

 

There should also be a link to the documentation on the wiki that shows you how to install Ghost on your website.
