I have considered renting a dedicated ip but I still have some doubts about it
I already know the differences of a dedicated ip on a mail server but what are the differences (advantages and disadvantages) between dedicated ip and shared ip on the web server?
With the same dedicated ip, can I associate it with the mail server and the web server? If it's true, is there a problem with this?

Yes, if you have a dedicated IP all your mail and all of your websites will be on their own IP rather than the shared IP of the server. There really is no disadvantage. The advantages is your site stays online during a ddos attack on the shared IP, people sending spam on the shared IP don't get you blacklisted, etc.
