So I've been seeing alot of people wanting to donate but not having access to a credit or debit card and the inability to use PayPal for previous reasons.

 

Can they mail monies to a specific address? If yes, I am assuming only American Dollars, correct?

We recommend people who don't have a credit card go to a local store and buy a visa gift card such as

You can buy it with cash, and then you can use it as a credit card to make a donation.
