milano Posted October 14, 2019 Author Posted October 14, 2019 Unsuspended. The reason it kept suspending over and over is because normally you have to wait until midnight UTC for the new day to start before you can be unsuspended for sending too many emails otherwise it just counts the total emails you sent today and suspends you again. Many thanks Krydos & team, and sorry for inadvertantly triggering that countermeasure with the Bcc in the first place. So every recipient was treated as if he or she had been sent an individual email, and only the first 50 were delivered?
wolstech Posted October 14, 2019 Posted October 14, 2019 Yes, every recipient is considered an individual email, even if it was one message sent to 50 people. I can't guarantee that only the first 50 received the message (in fact, more may have received it, it depends how fast Tommy sends them before the suspension script gets around to deleting the mail). Because of the limits, sending bulk mail from our servers is not a recommended use for our service. A request for a higher limit can be made assuming you have a good use case for it, but you can still get suspended for too many emails, and you'll also get suspended if someone (or something like a filter...) reports your email as spam and we get an abuse report.
