Are you still experiencing this problem? If so, try clearing your cache and flush your DNS cache. If that didn't work, it might be your ISP. Try loading the page on your mobile or any machine other than the one you're currently using.

This sometimes happens when port 2083 is blocked on the user's network too. Trying a different internet connection might also help as a result.
