My account "mail2ftp" was on various servers, last time on Tommy when Tommy crashed. I didn't try to move after that. I was sent an invite to new Tommy, logged into Tommy cPanel, restored from backup. When I request root web page without any cache involved, I ret redirect to inactive page on Johnny (not Tommy):

~ $ lynx -head -dump http://mail2ftp.heliohost.org/
HTTP/1.1 302 Found
Date: Wed, 02 Oct 2019 09:44:52 GMT
Server: Apache
Location: https://johnny.heliohost.org/cgi-sys/inactivepage.cgi
Connection: close
Content-Type: text/html; charset=iso-8859-1

~ $ host mail2ftp.heliohost.org
mail2ftp.heliohost.org has address 65.19.143.6
mail2ftp.heliohost.org mail is handled by 0 mail2ftp.heliohost.org.
~ $ host 65.19.143.6
6.143.19.65.in-addr.arpa is an alias for 6.subnet0.143.19.65.in-addr.arpa.
6.subnet0.143.19.65.in-addr.arpa domain name pointer tommy.heliohost.org.
~ $

When I try to reactivate, I get "Your account can't be renewed because it's already active", I successfully log into cPanel on Tommy, but after that the same redirect continues to block my website.

There you go http://mail2ftp.heliohost.org/ Your account is on Tommy, and it is active. Make sure you clear your browser cache if you're still seeing the inactive page.

EDIT:

By the way, I want to mention that, as far as I know, you're website is the oldest active account we have. If I recall correctly you originally created your account in 2007, and you've been with us ever since. Thanks for being such a loyal user for so long. You've been around longer than I have.
