I have been invited to set up a new account after Tommy crashed,

however, I get the following message when I try to add the add-on domain

nigelbarksfield.co.uk

 

(XID hvxzhr) A DNS entry for "nigelbarksfield.co.uk" already exists. You

must remove this DNS entry from all servers in the DNS cluster to proceed.

 

Can you remove the DNS entry, please?

You need to set your nameservers to:

 

ns1.heliohost.org

ns2.heliohost.org

EDIT: barkers.heliohost.org.barkers.heliohost.org is not correct. you put it in multiple times.

Try barkers.heliohost.org and report back the results.

I thought you wanted to add nigelbarksfield.co.uk? The subdomain should be autofilled for you. In this case, it should be nigelbarksfield (nigelbarksfield.barkers.heliohost.org).
