[Solved] Request backup link from Tommy is never received

Hi,

  A few weeks ago I sent a request for downlink email of Tommy's backup, but till now I never received. I really need the backup, especially the mysql database.

After I submit the request, it said that the backup link will be sent to my email, but I never received it.

How can I request the backup file ? My username is rk4 and email is rk4@regtakom.com
