[Solved] Request to remove Addon Domain Entry on Tommy

Had my site on Tommy Server. Due to server failure, created new account on Ricky.

 

But when I try to add, Addon Domain: nawit.tk, get below error message;

 

(XID g55eju) A DNS entry for “nawit.tk” already exists. You must remove this DNS entry from all servers in the DNS cluster to proceed.

 

Please free the domain name on the crashed Tommy account so that I can use it on Ricky.

 

Also please try to provide an automated script link to handle such issue in future.
