As Tommy is currently out of order I would like to create as suggested in the support Forum an account on Ricky. I donated In March 2017 (PayPal confirmation 8MX32378C1339094C). I am not sure if this makes me eligible or not but if yes I would ask you to provide an invitation link for Ricky. Regards, Dietmat

I created a Ricky account with the same credentials (username: didi website: mob.heliohost.org) as before on Tommy. But the account status did not change to a positive feedback, the account was not created.When I check the account status today on https://www.heliohost.org/status/?u=didi it says the message that was with my Tommy accunt before: That account has been backed up and then taken offline due to extended maintenance on the server that you were on ... Do I need to use another username (not my old Tommy one) to create an account on Ricky? I tried again the Ricky invite link today but it was expired. Do I need a new one? Sn1F3rt Posted August 31, 2019 Posted August 31, 2019 Yeah you'll need a new one. Most probably that was due to you using the same main domain as before. An admin can clean that up, then you can signup again.
