[HH#484197] Help

I noticed today that shop-n-america.us does not populate in the web;

however, when I key shop-n-america.us/index.html the website

populates. When I key in shop-n-america.us the information states that

Heliohost has not done anything to get the site up and running? Is this

normal?

That’s normal. Just our Ricky server got a high load, because our users from Tommy are moving to Ricky and uploading their backup files.
